Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Pui Yee Limited does not store complete payment card details. You are responsible for any fees imposed by your payment provider.
Shipping and Delivery
Pui Yee Limited ships to destinations shown at checkout. Shipping options and estimated delivery windows are displayed before order submission. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Pui Yee Limited is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
Strict 14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
Pui Yee Limited applies a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. You may request a refund for any reason within 14 days of receiving your order. The request must be submitted through the customer service contact channels listed in these Terms of Service. Products must be returned unworn, undamaged, with original tags attached, and in original packaging. Pui Yee Limited may reject a refund request if the returned product does not meet these condition requirements. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
Refund Processing and Timing
Refund processing and arrival to the customer's account takes at least 14 days. The period begins when Pui Yee Limited approves the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned product. The period includes internal review, payment provider processing, and bank posting. Pui Yee Limited does not control bank or payment provider posting delays. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
PayPal Refund Timing
PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. This extended period applies when local legal requirements, payment system rules, or regional processing controls require additional time. Pui Yee Limited will submit the refund instruction within the refund processing period described in these Terms of Service. The final posting time depends on PayPal and your account provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. You must provide the order number, photographs of the product and packaging, and a description of the damage or defect. Pui Yee Limited will review the claim and may request return of the item. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be rejected. This damage claim period is separate from the strict 14 days no-reason refund policy.
Prohibited Conduct
You must not use loafershoesqvqd.com for unlawful activity, fraudulent orders, payment abuse, automated scraping, security interference, or infringement of intellectual property rights. You must not submit false refund claims or damage claims. Pui Yee Limited may suspend or terminate access for prohibited conduct and may report unlawful activity to authorities.
